This one-day seminar provides an overview of fire safety strategies, legislation, prescriptive and performance-based design, and complex engineering assessments for professionals involved in fire safety, facilities management, and construction.

This one-day seminar covers wildfire science, firefighting strategies, emerging hazards, the Wildland-Urban Interface, the 2025 Southern California fires, and a practical demonstration of moisture content and burning brand development.
Anyone who encounters fire safety strategies in their day-to-day work. This may include Fire Risk Assessors, Facility Managers or those working at the design and approvals stage of construction or refurbishment.
The seminar will provide awareness of fire strategies and give delegates insight into how complex engineering assessments are undertaken. Topics will include Fire Safety Law, the Building Safety Act, Designing to Prescriptive Codes and Performance-based Fire Engineering.
