Introduction to External Wall Fire Safety CPD Session

This one-day seminar introduces the expected content of a detailed external wall assessment report (FRAEW) and includes the relevant regulatory processes. 

This session will be of interest to Fire Risk Assessors, Facility Managers and those responsible for overseeing building maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment. It will also be of benefit to anyone who encounters external wall assessments in their day-to-day work and needs to expand their knowledge.

The seminar will provide an insight in to how external wall assessment are undertaken and will include case study examples. It will explore the EWS1 form, fire risk appraisal and the fire testing of external walls.
